Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of payment. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items please see item description for shipping times 

Please Read before placing a Pre-Order…

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Quokka Cards, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
